Lebria is Belau women’s batting champion

SAKUDI outfielder, Liz Lebria completed the Belau Amateur Softball League Women Division’s regular season hitting base hits in every game to claim the batting champion title.

Lebria had 21 base hits at 32 at-bats to earn an average of .656.

Benjamin had 19 hits out of her total 29 at-bats for an average of .655.

Chagi Norf’s Julie Omar, who at one time, topped the batting list fell to No. 5, with 15 base hits at 26 at-bats for an average of .577.

It was GSM Babes’ Catalina Dela Cruz who climbed to the third place over the last three weeks completing the season with 16 hits out of 27 at-bats and earned an average of .592.

Also climbing to the fourth seat was Rookies’ Didi Towai who caught up with early batting leaders, her team mate, Brenda Camacho and GSM Babes’ Erlinda Naputi.
